BS/BA in Digital/GUI/UX/Interaction Design

Strong visual communication (Powerpoint, Illustrator, animation, UI prototyping etc) for design ideation and persuasive/explanatory use (e.g., helping systems engineers understande a workflow or interaction concept)

Cogent, concise written communication

Experience independently managing and prioritizing design approach to multiple projects (e.g. consultancy) or complex systems (e.g. medical systems).
Strongly Preferred:

2+ years’ experience with regulated product development process (e.g. IEC62366; requirements; development stages)

Experience with timelines and budgeting
-
Workflow agility and clear communication to meet fluid project priorities and requirements and tight timelines
Working Conditions:
Standard Office setting in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. Work within a commutable distance to our Boston/Seaport office with the option to work remotely a portion of the week, as business needs allow.
This position requires a person to be able to lift small loads and maneuver in laboratory spaces for accessing the robotically-assisted surgical equipment when testing.
Work travel is anticipated to be low for this position; some travel may be required for design, collaboration, meetings, or debugging offsite.
