GIDE Sr. Program Manager - Executive Councils and Awards
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in marketing, strategic events, leadership or governance committees, or core or cross-functional team leadership, or advanced degree with a minimum 5+ years of experience
- Deep relevant experience developing and facilitation preparation for and related execution of high-profile matrixed leadership committees
- Demonstrated strong influence management and ability to collaboratively navigate matrix environments i
- Advanced power-point and other collateral development skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking, sound judgement, and process improvement mindset
- Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams, councils, or committees
- Demonstrated success in people or program management
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across a matrix environment
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex strategies and data in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated success with advancing high-profile change management initiatives
- Experience with or in advancing inclusion, diversity and equity
