Sr Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanical
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences with 4+ years of relevant product or manufacturing development experience or a Master’s degree in Engineering or Sciences with 2+ years of relevant product or manufacturing development experience.
- Experience developing and executing calibration, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and Test Method Validation (TMV) protocols/reports.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Experience with Medical device product development for products that require plastic assembly manufacturing
- Experience with manufacturing automation development (assembly or test)
- Experience with process development including process characterization and analyzing processes for statistical capability using MiniTab or equivalent
- Experience with 3D modeling software, ideally Solidworks for the design of manufacturing fixturing and tooling
- Experience in both design and manufacturing roles
