A Day in the Life

The Digital Health Project Core team lead is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and completion of all Digital Health R&D projects. These projects are focused on continuous delivery of ‘Software as a Product’ and ‘Software as a Medical Device’. The Project Core Team lead manages a consistent process from planning to execution by connecting teams and ensuring stakeholder participation and accountability at the appropriate stage gates. The Project Core team lead actively works to anticipate and dismantle roadblocks, escalating issues as appropriate in a timely manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of all Digital Health R&D S/W projects.
  • Accountable for project plans, including timelines and cost.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
  • Work with functional managers to understand resourcing/cost for each discipline.
  • Identify and evaluate timeline and budget risk associated with projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the different cross functions to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all projects in the Digital Health R&D department
  • Accountable for driving and managing cross functional alignment on Digitial Health Projects.
  • Accountable for identifying and implementing strategies to improve execution efficiencies.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of running software projects and scrum teams
  • Ability to navigate and align with Regulatory, Quality, and other cross functions.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in medical device space.
  • Scrum team management experience
  • SAFe Agile certification/training.

    The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.​
