Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years sales experience OR Advanced Degree and 3+ years sales experience
Nice to Have
- 10+ years of Medical Device experience with 5 years of Neurovascular or Neurosurgery.
- 3+ years of Sales Management experience.
- Experience in leading teams in a complex work environment. e.g.: Medical sales marketing or hospital service line functions, demonstrating ability to direct and influence sales or procedure volume growth.
- Preferable clinical experience in the interventional suite, hospital environment, or emergency medical response
- Experience in medical sales, preferably focused on interventional procedures
- Communicates with external suppliers, customers and / or vendors, involving advanced negotiation and / or presentations in order to manage relationships and close sales
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively and in front of large audiences
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Ability to adapt and change within dynamic corporate and business environment
