VP Quality, Supplier & Contract Manufacturing

Must have:

·        Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Supply Management, Finance, Engineering or related technical field in a large, multi-divisional corporation.

·        Ten (10)) plus years of progressive experience working in a world-class supply management and quality organization with a focus on operational excellence.

·        Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferable medical with global manufacturing

·        Global enterprise experience with a demonstrated track record of process and productivity improvement and successful results with developing and implementing change initiatives.

·        VP or Sr. Director level in current role.

·        Operations Quality Leadership experience.

·        Supplier Quality Leadership experience.

·        Multi site & medium/large scale companies

·        Strong facilitation, influencing, organizing, and presentation/communication skills.

·        Proven ability to achieve results through building partnerships and influence skills.

·        Ability to lead change in a complex environment.

·        Strong tenure in previous roles.

Nice to have:

·        Master’s degree with emphasis in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related technical field.

·        Fifteen (15) plus years of progressive experience working in a world-class sourcing/ procurement organization with a focus on operational excellence

·        Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean/SixSigma

·        Experience in ERP system implementation (preferably SAP)

·        Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)

·        Proven knowledge and discipline around departmental budget planning and execution

·        Broad business knowledge and experience

·        Knowledge of e-commerce initiatives

·        Knowledge of FDA regulated industries

·        Proficient in computers

·        Excellent written communication skills

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
