User Experience Design Engineer I (Human Factors)
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree required with 0+ years of experience
Nice to Have:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a design field (e.g., User Experience, Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial), Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a similar field with equivalent practical experience
• Digital design experience and familiarity with common mobile and web patterns, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
• Demonstrated experience designing consumer-level mobile and web applications.
• A strong portfolio with relevant examples of finished work, wireframes, prototypes, specification documents and process flows. The portfolio must contain recent work examples from your professional experience.
• Experience using product design tools such as Sketch and prototyping tools such as Axure and InVision (or equivalent).
• Experience in user research methodologies and ability to conduct research or partner with vendor.
• Working knowledge of XML / XAML / CSS / JavaScript.
