Upstream Product Manager, Situate
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel (35%).
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written is essential, additional languages desired.
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
Experience
·
3+ years developing medical
devices in a marketing capacity.

Strong
understanding of surgical procedures and clinical needs.
·
Track record of
driving results in upstream marketing capacities.
·
Technical
(engineering) background (or demonstrated capability) desirable.
·
Proven ability to lead and work
effectively in a matrix organization.
·
Demonstrated ability to apply
marketing experience and business knowledge to drive achievement of business goals.
·
Experienced in strategic planning, product
development, business development and product life-cycle management, market
research, clinical data analysis and product positioning.
· Clinical / OR experience is a preference.
