BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, or general science degree or similar, or business preferred. Post Grad qualifications highly regarded.
Degree or equivalent experience
Specialised training in Spine Neurosurgery preferred
Active affiliations
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
A minimum of five years of previous sales experience in medical devices/Capital Sales preferred; demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities, including negotiations
Theatre experience highly regarded
Strongly preferred: prior sales experience with medical capital equipment (e.g. x-ray, CT, MRI); Experience with image-guided surgery.
Spine Neurosurgery Experience Preferred
Proven sales and negotiations experience
Success in developing new markets
Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels
Experience in a “team oriented” sales environment
