Knowledge and Experience:
Degree or equivalent experience.
Three (3) years+ of sales experience required. Clinical, technical or healthcare experience preferred.
Proven sales and negotiations experience.
Well versed in medical device industry.
Fully understanding of customer needs and solution selling.

An understanding of the codes under which we operate, for example

Industry code of practice (e.g. MTAA in Australia)
Sound working knowledge of EEO and anti-discrimination legislation and principles.
Sound working knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) / Risk Management / Workers Compensation legislation and Principles.
Qualifications (pre-requisite or preferred):
Minimum – Technical / clinical or nursing – Diploma Level.
Undergraduate Degree in Business, Healthcare/Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Specialised training in Neurosciences preferred.
