  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
 
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) years+ of sales experience required.  Clinical, technical or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proven sales and negotiations experience.
  • Well versed in medical device industry.
  • Fully understanding of customer needs and solution selling.

  • An understanding of the codes under which we operate, for example

    • Industry code of practice (e.g. MTAA in Australia)
  • Sound working knowledge of EEO and anti-discrimination legislation and principles.
  • Sound working knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) / Risk Management / Workers Compensation legislation and Principles.
 
Qualifications (pre-requisite or preferred):
  • Minimum – Technical / clinical or nursing – Diploma Level.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Healthcare/Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Specialised training in Neurosciences preferred.
