Engineering Field
·
7 years of managerial experience
in medical device or regulated industry
·
Extensive experience in
managing ISO-7 or greater cleanrooms
·
Proven track record of effectively
managing technicians and engineers across different shift
·
Experience in
establishing equipment specifications, both manual and automated
·
Excellent collaborative
interpersonal skills.
·
Strong AutoCAD and
Solidworks experience
· Able to understand floor layouts, equipment drawings, electrical, and mechanical schematics
- Master’s degree in Engineering
Field
- Professional Engineering
Certification
- Familiar with test system and
analytical instrumentation.
- Familiar with automated equipment
design and development
- Familiar in the use of Project
management tools (e.g. MS Project Gantt).
- Proven ability to translate
high level business objectives into tactical solution plans and execute on
those tactical plans to overcome obstacles and deliver on key results.
