Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; may require vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge/Training of quality standards and engineering drawings.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing training/applications.
- Knowledge of Calibration – basic understanding of calibration requirements.
- Basic Computer Literacy/use: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, data entry for creating and maintaining standardize inspection reports.
- Knowledge with New Product Introduction (pre-release)– ability to work with minimal instructions/documentation.
- Material Reject – assist in identifying actual reject (verifying data is correct), assist in properly completing forms/records in root cause and determination and correction.
- Understanding Tooling Work Instructions - determine and analyze change request, properly complete forms/records.
- Support Interface – interaction with all aspects of department support (inspectors, engineers, materials, design, shipping and work requests).
- Support Interface – communicate/recommend improvements in all quality issues needed for improvements.
