Technician III
- Associate of Science degree in a related discipline
- 4+ years of technical experience (includes 2 years of experience in a microelectronics assembly and test environment)
- Experience with use of statistical process control and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of DiePrep Equipment and processes like Wafer Backgrinding, Wafer Taper, Wafer Mounter, Wafer Saw, AOI, Die Sorter, etc
- Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment with production personnel, equipment supplier, Process Engineering, and other functional groups (component, product etc.) on continuous improvement projects
- People skills to understand cultural differences, adapts quickly, and collaborates effectively
- Good writing and documentation skills
- Good organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to interface well with peers and Production personnel.
- Experience with the following equipment: DISCO Backgrinding and Sawing –DGP8760, DFM2700, DFD651, DFD6341, August NSX-95 AOI, Muehlbauer Die Sorting, Longhill mounter.
- Experience with Lean Sigma, or Green/Black Belt Lean Sigma certification
- Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis methods and data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.).
- Experience and understanding of SPC principles including process capability analysis and control charts
