Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant training experience or a
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 0 years of related training experience.
  • Basic to intermediate level use of Adobe Creative Suite (photo, video, audio production)
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to communicate fluently in American English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with employees at a variety of functional and management levels
  • Strong communication skills in writing, in person, and by phone

Nice to Have
  • Compliance experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing 
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience integrating brand standards 
  • Experience with a company-wide LMS
  • Flexible with priorities and responsibilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
