Technical Sourcing Specialist
Must Haves: Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 0+ years of experience with Master’s degree
- Electrical, Mechanical or Biomedical engineering degree
- Project management skills.
- Proven communication, leadership, and interpersonal and team building skills
- Influence skills to achieve results across a matrix organization.
- Experience in medical device industry preferred.
- Problem solving skills; develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize changes while consistently meeting customer needs.
- Negotiation skills.
- Lean Sigma experience.
