Technical Service Specialist
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in engineering or a technical field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the medical devices industry
- Fluent in English (technical, written and spoken)
- Experience in providing technical training and following best practice training delivery and tracking techniques
- A broad understanding of product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of technical product support practices
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining service and support plans aligned with the customer needs and the business expectations
- Experience in project management and/or process and improvement
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Willingness to travel within the region and internationally (up to 30%)
- Team player, able to network and communicate across geographies and hierarchy
- Strong customer focus, and result oriented, meeting deadlines, goals, and performance targets
- Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided. Preferably, we are looking for candidates that live within a max 80km radius of our Medtronic office in Heerlen , the Netherlands.
