Basic Qualifications:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering
• 5-7 years experience in supply chain and/or operations
• Program & Project Management experience
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree with emphasis on operations and/or supply chain management
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management/optimization concepts
• Project management expertise in cross-cultural environments
• Use of ERP and forecasting systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience working with reporting warehouses (i.e, Business Objects, Business Warehouse, etc)
• Good understanding of supply chain activities and the relationship between sales, customer service, manufacturing, and transportation/warehousing functions
• Marketing experience
• Lean/Six Sigma experience
• Experience with medical device or other regulated industry
• Experience in communicating project status to multiple stakeholders including senior management
• Experience in leading and influencing teams
• Experience in identifying risks, analyzing data, and problem solving to achieve desired outcome
