A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Creation, control, and maintenance of production/build plans and communication with operations teams, promoting proper support for on time execution.
- Control, measure and communicate KPI’s via defined channels to determined areas (manufacturing schedule adherence, on time delivery, work order aging, to mention some).
- Collaboration with purchasing team to ensure material availability that will allow executable production/build plans.
- Analyzes, communicates and coordinates intercompany requirements in and out of the site.
- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
- Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-4 years of Production planning experience.
- Advanced English
