Supply Chain and Inventory Optimization Program Manager
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
· Master’s Degree (preferred MBA, supply chain, operations)
· Strong supply chain and business acumen, including experience with SIOP (S&OP)
· Change management: strong capability of collaborating, communicating, and influencing at all levels of the organization
· Continuous improvement: demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and improve business practices and processes by leveraging lean six sigma tools
· Project management: Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred; proficient in the use of project management tools
· Problem solving and results driven: ability to lead, energize and influence change efforts at all levels of a complex, matrix organization with track record of delivering results
· Communication: excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to interface and influence at all organizational levels
· Thriving under pressure and in ambiguity
