Supplier Quality Senior Engineering Manager
Must Have:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or biomedical engineering or related field.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum of 7 years of related experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have – (Preferred Qualifications):
•Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or biomedical engineering or related field and a minimum 5 years of related experience.
•Progressive leadership experience in functional area or related field.
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
•Good interpersonal skills.
•Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve results.
•Strong focus on developing an organizational culture that fosters teamwork.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•Ability to effectively influence key decision makers.
•Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude.
•Travel may be required.
