Supplier Quality Engineering Manager
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technical discipline with 5+ years of quality or engineering experience
Nice to Have
- Supplier Controls process knowledge and Experience
- MBA or MS in Engineering
- DMAIC certification/ Knowledge and experience in areas of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- ASQ certification in Quality Engineering
- Design for Reliability and Manufacturing certification
- Proven leadership for process and system improvement
- Experience and working knowledge of FDA regulations/ISO standards for medical devices
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated skills in decision making
- Demonstrated ability in coaching/developing team members
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written; Strong interpersonal communication and influence skill
- Ability to work in a team based environment
- Very strong in quality and compliance
- Additional skills that are required for this position include leadership, persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution, managing people and coaching/mentoring
- Computer skills in MS Office, and Factory Works MES systems desirable
- Technical understanding of extrusion and plastic injection molding technologies
- ISO 13485/GMP experience
