BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years minimum experience, preferably in Healthcare environment, controlling, finance and/or supply chain
- Demonstrated experience with process modelling and controls
- Demonstrated experience in complex matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex problems through analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented.
- Strong ability to negotiate within different workstreams and functions.
- Intermediate English spoken / Spanish desirable for Regional forums and reports.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Green Belt trained or equivalent
- Proven track record of influence management within a matrix environment
- Inventory control knowledge – counting, adjusting, reporting.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
