Our task is to create value by understanding and analyzing the organization’s strengths, challenges, and potentials, and deliver improvements in close collaboration with the department enhancing productivity and quality for the benefit of patients.
A Day in the Life
We are looking for a committed Student Worker who can support with data analysis within projects like the following:
• Optimizing of planning and scheduling for surgery and outpatient programs
• Better and more efficient use of resources and facilities
• Creating data-driven analytics to improve the clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
• Translating complex data into easily understandable presentations for the use by clinical staff and leaders
As Student Worker at IHS, you will be part of the Nordic team consisting of 7-10 dedicated consultants with a deep knowledge of the healthcare system. You will primarily be working for the partnership at Aarhus University Hospital, where you will support and collaborate with our two experienced consultants.
Must haves
• Studying a relevant higher education
• In the final year of their bachelor's degree or in the first year of master’s degree
• Strong quantitative skills combined with a curious and empathetic approach
• Strong interest in mathematical and general data analysis
• Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written
• Communicative English
Program details
• Start date: mid August
• Based in Aarhus
• Working hours: 15 - 20 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
• Working model: hybrid
