BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
GED/High School Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
12+ years of IT experience with a GED/High School Graduate 
8+ years of IT experience with Associate Degree
4+ years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree  
2+ years of IT experience with a Masters Degree

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Audio/Visual equipment (Projectors, Sound Systems, Audience Response Systems etc.) preferred. 
Experience with Web based meeting tools preferred.
This job may be used across various product groups or functions. There may be specific education, experience or skills based on the department.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
