Sr Systems Engineer
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
· Expertise in new product development and released product engineering.
· Knowledge of standards including IEC 60601, ISO 14971, ISO 13485 and 62366
· Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering required
· Strong organization acumen with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to understand complex electro-mechanical design functionality.
· Demonstrated ability to understand mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and software source code.
· Experience with Corrective and Preventative Action processes.
· Proven track record contributing to products of high complexity in a regulated environment.
· Experience working with multiple teams on concurrent, interdependent projects.
· Solid understanding of structured product development (requirements-driven engineering, documentation, rigorous verification, etc.)
· Demonstrated independence and skill in self-managing priorities.
Working Conditions:
· Hybrid work model combining regular days in-office and remote work from home.
· Based in Boston, MA
· Infrequent travel may be required.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
