- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of sourcing/category management experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience

- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to drive actionable insights from data
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
