職務経験
Must have

• PR/コミュニケーションまたは関連するコミュニケーションの役割を3年以上担当
• コミュニケーション分野に関連した様々なプロジェクトマネジメントの経験

Nice to have

• 製薬会社または医療機器会社での経験、またはPRエージェンシーとしてヘルスケア領域の担当経験
• イシュー/危機管理広報対応経験
• さまざまなデジタルコミュニケーションの計画と実施の経験

教育

学士号以上

物理的要件

•電話での対話、口頭でプレゼンテーションを行う能力。

•随時、国内・国外への出張が可能であること。

REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES                                                

• Strong understanding and experience in Communication both planning and execution.
• Creative and innovative mind to develop plans for communicating to stakeholders with new approaches
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills; communication between stakeholders, oral and written communication abilities including creating presentations,.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive communication that simultaneously address the needs of a broad audience of stakeholders
• Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communication challenges
• Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple tasks (both strategic and day-to-day operational), work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, set priorities, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to enable effective relationships across a global enterprise.
• Ability to work with and influence all levels of management and employees.
• Advanced Japanese/English communication skills (TOEIC 800+)

JOB EXPERIENCE

Must have

• Min. 3 years in PR /Communication or related communication role
• Experience in various type of project management related to Communication area

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company, or experience handling clients in the medical field at PR agencies
• Experiences in issues/crisis management communication
• Experience in planning and implementation of various digital communication

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or higher

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to interact verbally on the phone and make oral presentations.
• Able to travel domestic and internationally occasionally.
