BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or BS degree in Computer Science
4+ years in software development or verification and a minimum 2 years working in a class III medical device industry or other critical, regulated industries.
DESIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
• MSEE/MSCS, 2-10 years in software development and 2 years working in a class III medical device industry or other critical, regulated industries
• Equivalent education, experience, skill set, and/or proven performance
• Strong working knowledge of both C# and C++ coding languages
• Working familiarity with state-of-the-art software methodology and tools
• Solid understanding of system engineering principles
• Solid understanding of advantages and limitations of different software engineering tools
• Solid understanding of system quality control principles and their application
• Demonstrated leadership skills; teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Active listener, ability to give and receive instructions
