Sr. Program Manager

Must Have

·         Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

·         Is A Bachelor's Degree Required? Yes

Nice to Have

·      Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.

·      Prior success of leading development of novel / innovative, customer focused technical solutions.

·      Successful development and application of engineering models to enable predictive engineering in product performance, quality and/or reliability .

·      Proven ability to lead teams in design and development of complex products and systems.

·      Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with set backs in a positive, constructive manner.

·      Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, coach, and inspire individuals and teams,

·      Computer skills such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface at multiple levels in the organization.

·      Ability to work with others and accomplish goals working within a team.

·      Problems and issues faced are complex, difficult and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.

Physical Requirements:

·         Sit, Stand, 8 hours

·         Less than 30% travel, but must be able to travel air and ground, domestic and international
