Senior Marketing Specialist
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Is A Bachelor's Degree Required? Yes
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health or Engineering Science.
- Advanced IT skills in MS Office, i.e. MS Excel / PowerPoint
- Strong marketing and customer-focused mindset
- Strong analytical thinking to drive fact-based decision making
- Strong ability and willingness to work both at strategic and operational levels
- Strong drive and business acumen skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

- Ability to travel regionally
Nice to Have
- Post Graduate degree
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent post-graduate diploma
- Fluency in additional SEA language(s)
- Strong marketing and product launch experience
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Knowledge of healthcare or consumer goods markets
- Cardiac Surgery experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with physician customers both individually and in working group settings
- Experience with or ability to understand, interpret and apply clinical and performance data to marketing activities
