Global Marketing Sr Product Specialist

Basic Requirements:

·        BS / BA or equivalent with 5+ year’s relevant marketing, sales, or customer facing experience.

·        Ability to influence & drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.

·        Ability to quickly develop relationships and rapport with individuals at all levels and from all cultures.

·        Strong organizational skills.  Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.

·        Ability to manage multiple products / projects and work independently.

·        Strong communication skill set to provide timely responses to all stakeholders.

·        Strong analytical and project management skills to be able to assess situations and recommend appropriate course of action.

·        Must be able to demonstrate drive for results, follow up and creative problem solving.

Preferred  Requirements:

·        Experience developing and successfully executing marketing plans, especially within the medical industry.

·        Additional languages beneficial.

·        MBA a plus.

Working Conditions:

·        Mansfield Office working conditions (resident).

·        Up to 20% international travel including some weekends.

·        Flexibility of working hours required to support global needs.
