Must Have: Minimum Requirements

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
Education Required:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field. MS or PhD preferred.   

Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years experience.
Nice to Have

-    Developed/maintained strategic polymer technical initiatives for Diabetes to align with functional and organizational strategic plans. Led polymer selection and characterization activities.
-    Designed and directed bench and animal studies of materials to ensure successful development of next generation products. 
-    Developed accelerated bench screening methodologies in order to predict long term  performance and reliability. 
-    High level proficiency of technical principles, theories, and design concepts in the field of medical device design
-    Strong skills in design of experiments, data analysis, written and verbal communications, and collaboration
-    Critical thinking skills to Interpret available data and recommend strategies to resolve technical challenges
-    Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects 
-    Proficient in engineering fundaments and uses good engineering judgment
-    Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skill
-    Author, execute, review, and approve protocols, reports, and/or regulatory submissions
-    Hands-on – able to prototype concepts build fixtures
-    Extensive knowledge in analyzing and solving problems in a disciplined fashion, ensuring clear understanding of the root cause(s) and efficient recommendations for resolution
-    Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and prioritize changing demands in a fast-paced environment
-    Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys the challenge of creative design
-    Knowledge of statistical analysis software and applications
-    Knowledge and experiences of Design Reliability Manufacturability (DRM)
-    Proficiency in SolidWorks
