Sr Principal Brand Development Specialist
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of brand development and/or creative direction experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

- Effective communicator with cross-functional partners able to thrive in a matrix environment
- Proven track record of success developing strategic messaging and campaigns
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Energetic self-starter with an abundance passion for their work and readiness to dive deep quickly
- Highly proficient with verbal style books with ability to develop differentiated messaging for healthcare providers and consumers (ex. AP, AMA stylebooks)
- Mastery level design skills with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Adobe Photoshop or equivalent photo editing tools
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Advanced video editing skills (ex. creating video medleys, cropping videos into different lengths) with Adobe Premier, Apple Final Cut, etc.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills, including animation and rich content integration (ex. Video and audio files, hyperlinks)
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience with project & traffic management software programs (ex. WorkFront, Base camp)
- Familiarity with promotional material online approval systems a plus (ex. Zinc, Veeva, etc.)
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing a plus
