Sr Director, Global Communications & Corporate Marketing, Americas Region
• Bachelors degree (e.g. business, marketing, or communications-related field)
• Masters degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications/PR, Journalism
• Bachelors with 15+ years of related experience including 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, programs, or multiple functions
• Superior knowledge of PR/communications, marketing communications and digital and social media with a preferred expertise in the integration of these disciplines.
• Strategic planning on linking communication channels to CVG and Group/BU strategies
• Ability to lead complex projects within scope, scale, budget
• Agency relationships management (including contract negotiations, RFPs, etc).
• Executive-level leadership presence: succinct and poised effective communication
• Strong and demonstrated influencing skills without direct authority; ability to collaborate across the matrix and geographies
• Demonstrated ability to create high performing, collaborative, engaged and diverse global teams
• Clear thinking, superior communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence internally and externally
• Strong adherence to Code of Conduct/BCS
