Sr Marketing Ops & Insights Analyst – Patient Management
Must Have:
•Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in a marketing, analyst, program management, operations, or process improvement focused role (2 years with Advanced Degree)
Nice to Have:
•MBA or Advanced degree
•Medical device or healthcare industry experience
•Excellent operational skills with financial/business acumen and strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
•Process improvement experience
•Experience using statistical and data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Tableau
•Strong Excel and data analysis skills ability to manipulate and interpret data
•Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Eloqua or Salesforce
•Experience with SharePoint, including updating and creating content/pages
•Ability to advise and influences stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives
•Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, both virtually and in-person
•Previous experience successfully managing multiple projects including tracking activities, budget spend, and outcomes
