Sr Manufacturing Supervisor
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Requires 3+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience providing direction to people using established guidelines, policies and procedures (Management of Personnel Resources)
- Knowledgeable on work related safety regulations
- Computer Literate (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Exposure to engineering/Manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Critical Thinking
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts. Green Belt preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Fluency speaking and writing in English and Spanish
- Cost Down & Efficiency Improvement Project Management
- Finance Knowledge
- Quality and results oriented.
