Required Knowledge and Experience:
BS in Engineering and 4-7 years of Industry experience or an MS Degree and 2-5 years of Industry experience
Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth
Nice to Have:
• Experience with medical device assembly
• Practical knowledge of electrochemical processing
• Practice with line layout, line balancing, and capacity analysis
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in medical product mfg / assembly operations
• Aptitude for quickly learning and simulating a broad array of information
• Excellent data analysis skills, and proficient in the use of statistical tools in problem solving
• Preference to know and understand the whole business
