Qualifications | Exigences
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou en automatisation avec un minimum de 8-10 ans d’expérience dans les opérations
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans en conception et automatisation
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans en modélisation CAD 3-D
- Connaissance des règlementations pertinentes (ISO 13485, ISO9001)
- Connaissance des systèmes d'affaires, ERP
- Capacité à innover dans un environnement dynamique
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Expérience en gestion de projet
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication (écrite et orale), en anglais et en français.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec un degré élevé d'indépendance.
- Aptitude à coordonner tous les aspects d'un programme nécessitant l'interaction avec d'autres départements (travail d'équipe et de coopération).
- Certification Green Belt LSS grandement souhaitée
- Certification PMP grandement souhaitée
- Expérience dans le domaine de l'emballage, un atout
- Le candidat doit avoir de solides compétences interpersonnelles pour pouvoir transiger avec différents départements, y compris l'assurance qualité et la R & D, et différents niveaux de gestion.

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering with a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in operations
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Fixture and automation design is a must.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience using CAD 3-D modeling is a must.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (ISO 13485, ISO9001)
- Knowledge of business systems, ERP
- Ability to innovate within a dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Formal experience with project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in English and French.
- Ability to function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of independence.
- Ability to co-ordinate all aspects of a program requiring interaction with other departments (teamwork and cooperation).
- LSS Green Belt certification is highly desirable
- PMP certification is highly desirable
- Experience in packaging, GMP environments an asset
- The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interface with various departments including QA and R&D and different level of management.
