Sr Manufacturing Engineer
- BS in Engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Operations Research, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience with increasingly complex engineering responsibilities in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years’ experience with medical device manufacturing or development
- Equipment Development and Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Project management experience
- Small tooling design and development
- Knowledge of polymer materials and related processes
- Design of Experiments
- Electro-Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong statistical skills using Minitab
- Problem solving and root cause analysis for improvements or non-conformances
- Verbal, written and presentation skills
- Technical writing skills
- Microsoft Project experience
Nice to Have
- MS/MBA
- Equipment and process Design and Development
- Six Sigma, Constraint Management and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
