Sr Manufacturing Director
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience , or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
Nice to Have
- · Degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences.
- · Medical Device Manufacturing experience.
- · Breadth of background across numerous roles/functions within Manufacturing and Supply Chain with demonstrated success in each area.
- · DMAIC Lean / Six Sigma Certification.
- · Plant manager experience in a medium to large manufacturing facility
- · Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing systems
- · Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully execute a strategy.
- · Proven track record of building organizational capability and talent.
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in a matrix organization.
- · Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- · Experience in leading large-scale change management.
