Sr HR Generalist
To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.
- Successful track record as an HR Business Partner with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change initiatives
- Strong Organizational Development capabilities and competencies
- Broad knowledge of project management
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Solid computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong coaching and consulting skills
- Facilitation skills
- Effective in developing communication strategies and executing them within the organization
- Must have a high sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow through
- Track record of bringing tangible value to business
- Preferred HR Masters or MBA with HR specialization
- Professional in HR with SHRM accreditation
- Experience in a medical device or related industry is preferred
