Must Have - Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.

  • Successful track record as an HR Business Partner with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change initiatives
  • Strong Organizational Development capabilities and competencies
  • Broad knowledge of project management
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Solid computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong coaching and consulting skills
  • Facilitation skills
  • Effective in developing communication strategies and executing them within the organization
  • Must have a high sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow through
  • Track record of bringing tangible value to business
  • Preferred HR Masters or MBA with HR specialization
  • Professional in HR with SHRM accreditation
  • Experience in a medical device or related industry is preferred
