Sr Graphic Design Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in communications, labeling, technical writing and graphic design or an Advanced degree with minimum of 1 years’ experience in communications, labeling, technical writing and graphic design.
Nice to Have
- 4+ years’ graphic design experience in a regulated environment, specifically medical device or medical industry
- Experience managing/monitoring graphical content within a component content management system
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Experience using project management and tracking software, such as Workfront, PlanView, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Medtronic and its products
- Experience working with translation agencies
- Experience with management of outsourced suppliers
- Proven ability to work effectively with others across departments / disciplines to implement solutions
- Strong project management skills, including organizational, multiple projects, shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate internally and externally, and across various levels of the organization
- Shares and exchanges relevant information to reach solutions, and gaining cooperation of other parties
- Proven ability to work independently and motivated to perform at a high-level with little supervision
- Excellent ability to plan, schedule, and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams and liaising across functional business units
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Medical device industry experience
