Sr. Ethical Culture Program Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading cultural and/or organization change efforts with a Bachelor's Degree; or, 5+ years with a Master's Degree
- Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Development, Industrial Relations, Organizational Leadership / Development or related Master’s Degree
- Experience working globally, in a multi-national environment
- Experience in Human Resources function
- Experience in a medical technology industry
- Thrives on problem solving and collaboration
- Strong problem solving, decision making and analysis skills
- Exceptional client presentation skills, idea generation and brainstorming skills
- Effectively and persuasively communicates both verbally and in written form
- Experience developing communication strategies and campaigns for employees
- Experience developing presentations for all levels of the company
- Strategic planning, analysis and alignment experience
- Experience in leading change through cross-functional teams
- Experience applying cultural change proven practices
- Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Appreciation of compliance environments and ability to work effectively with multi-divisional teams in different locations to ensure compliance
- Able to manage and execute multiple complex projects within required timelines and expectations required
- Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability
- Focus on improving productivity and business processes; delivering solutions on time and within budget
- Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to understand end user-audience needs and requirements
- Strong understanding of business processes and vocabulary
- Analytical problem-solving skills
