Sr. Director, Business Continuity Management
Must Have:
• Bachelors Degree + 15 years of experience with 10+ years managerial experience or Advanced Degree with 13 years experience with 10+ years of managerial experience
• Experience in one or more of the following functions/disciplines: Business Continuity Management, Logistics, Operations (e.g. Supply Chain, OpEx), Process Improvement, and/or Risk Management
Nice to Have:
• Certified Business Continuity Professional from DRI International or other established certification program
• Masters or other advanced degree preferred
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or comparable established certification program
• Track record for intelligent risk taking with critical thinking skills that enabled positive change.
• Confident and assertive style, but respectful of others. Must be team oriented and able to adjust leadership style to maximize effectiveness.
