Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• MBA with 4+ years medical device or healthcare experience (finance, upstream marketing or business development) or deal experience (investment banking, private equity or venture capital)

 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
7+ years of marketing, strategy, business or finance experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or, 3+ years of marketing, strategy, business or finance experience with a Master’s Degree

Nice to Have:

•  Previous work experience in business development, strategic planning and/or M&A.
• Experience working with and presenting to all levels of management including business unit GMs, business presidents and group presidents
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Cross-functional team leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience negotiating NDAs or other business agreements
