Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in or closely with Compliance, Legal, or related functions
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively across large, global organizations
  • Demonstrated commitment to celebrating diversity and empowering all employees
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting a “speak up” culture
  • Demonstrated success training and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success planning projects and providing work direction to others
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in plain, action-oriented language
  • Experience with Business Conduct Standards (BCS), needs-assessment (project briefs), fair market value, cross-border HCP engagements, or other Compliance programs
  • Understanding of basic Compliance issues associated with HCP interactions, including anti-kickback and conflict of interest concerns
  • Project-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
  • Willingness to work with general supervision in a “fast-paced” environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Strong communication skills in writing, in person, and by phone

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Medtronic systems including Spotfire, Smartsheet, eCATS, Concur, Cvent, SharePoint
  • Experience with process-improvement principles, lean sigma, and/or Medtronic Operating System (MOS)
  • Familiarity with Medtronic products, therapies, disease states, and operating structure
  • Comfort and proficiency with basic math
