Sr. Clinical Data Analyst

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with data (i.e., electronic healthcare data or other large datasets), or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as listed above

Healthcare industry experience
-
SQL / SQL programming experience
-
Advanced degree in an analytical field such as data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance

Proficient in R or Python

EHR Data Model Certification
-
Experience in healthcare delivery, healthcare insurance, medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.

Experience in health services research and advanced Machine Learning techniques, including predictive modeling, study population selection, model feature selection, and statistical methodology (e.g., linear and non-linear regression, survival analysis and longitudinal repeated measures)

Strong critical thinking skill set; ability to identify issues and propose solutions.

Communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel.

Be flexible, detail-oriented, and have good time management skills.

Capable of operating independently and a self-starter.
