Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have 

·         Project Management Certification – PMP

·         Deeply understands the Transmitters, Durable Pumps, Meters, InPen and Infusion Sets value stream end to end.

·         Develops annual risk management plan that establishes clear objectives, strategies, initiatives, and metrics to reach overall business goals. 

·         Support annual budget process.

·         Manage global communications and overall activities associated with product supply constraints, inventory health, and phase-in/phase-out planning and execution. 

·         Supports global product launches and product management, for the value streams under roles responsibility. 

·         Partners closely with the cross functional Global operations and Supply Chain teams, in addition to the Upstream and Strategy teams. 

·         Business management: manage supply escalations and work with cross functional team to find solutions leveraging IBP processes.

·         Drives alignment internally and across the regions, arguing for and ensuring availability of resources required to execute their respective business strategies. 

·         Understand end to end capacity for the value stream and collaborate with GOSC on constraints.

·         Travels domestically and internationally in support of value stream needs and internal Medtronic activities up to 25% of time.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
