Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or accounting related is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient use in project management tools and application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
  • Black belt certification.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Ability to articulate and communicate complex business terminology and technical concepts in to a variety of client groups.
  • Highly proficient in the following areas:  MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, Minitab & Enterprise Analytic tools such as PowerBI, Business Objects, BW.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
Nice to Have
  • B.S. Degree (CS, MIS, Engineering or related field).
  • Black Belt certification.
  • Advanced Business Management degree.
  • Experience with working in a validated environment.
  • Experienced in SDVLC process design.
