Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or accounting related is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Proficient use in project management tools and application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Black belt certification.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Ability to articulate and communicate complex business terminology and technical concepts in to a variety of client groups.
- Highly proficient in the following areas: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, Minitab & Enterprise Analytic tools such as PowerBI, Business Objects, BW.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- B.S. Degree (CS, MIS, Engineering or related field).
- Black Belt certification.
- Advanced Business Management degree.
- Experience with working in a validated environment.
- Experienced in SDVLC process design.
