Must Have: Minimum Requirements:

Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Years of Experience:
  • 4 + years of audit, financial or internal controls experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or, 2+ years with a Master’s Degree 
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required:
  • Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Experience with internal control design and testing
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
Nice to Have:
  • Public Accounting (preferably Big 4) experience
  • Achievement (or working toward achievement) of professional certification, such as CPA, MBA, CIA, or, CMA.
  • Experience, proficiency, and/or fluency in multiple languages.
  • Strong professional acumen and verbal/written communication skills
  • Solid critical thinking and analysis 
  • Ability to work independently, with moderate oversight, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships through trust, respect, and high integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in use of technology
