Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Years of Experience:
- 4 + years of audit, financial or internal controls experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or, 2+ years with a Master’s Degree
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required:
- Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Experience with internal control design and testing
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
Nice to Have:
- Public Accounting (preferably Big 4) experience
- Achievement (or working toward achievement) of professional certification, such as CPA, MBA, CIA, or, CMA.
- Experience, proficiency, and/or fluency in multiple languages.
- Strong professional acumen and verbal/written communication skills
- Solid critical thinking and analysis
- Ability to work independently, with moderate oversight, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships through trust, respect, and high integrity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in use of technology
